CONCEPT REVIEWS Advent's Sales Engineering Team works with you to determine exactly what your project's quality, capacity and cost goals are before we present any proposals. We then conduct comprehensive concept reviews for tooling and manufacturing cells in concert with you, thereby ensuring that the most robust processes are identified and built into your project.

DESIGN FOR MANUFACTURABILITY REVIEWS Advent's Design and Engineering Team conducts in-depth design for manufacturability reviews which yield critical information allowing for more efficient design of parts and assemblies. Experts in our processes, it is critical that we integrate our expertise into your application requirements for optimum results. Any inconsistencies in part models or blueprints are identified and eliminated at this phase before any steel is cut.

SIX SIGMA PROCESS REVIEWS Black belt process and Advent's Quality Engineers simultaneously create a control plan that anticipates customer and process specific critical dimensions. All validation requirements are identified upfront and incorporated into project planning.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT Advent's Project Manager oversees this entire effort, ensuring the successful completion of the project through regular communication with all internal and external team members.
